Gift Certificate Policy

All gift certificates are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiration date listed on the certificate. Gift certificates have no cash value. Recipients must redeem by contacting Ashley.

If the recipient chooses a different experience than the one originally purchased (for example, a private sewing lesson instead of a painting party), the dollar amount of the gift certificate may be applied toward another available offering. Any remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.

Gift certificates may not be redeemed after the expiration date.

Private Sewing Lesson Policy

Private sewing lessons are scheduled by appointment only.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. When proper notice is given, your lesson may be rescheduled or credited toward a future session, based on availability.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds, credits, or makeup sessions.

Lessons are non-refundable once booked.

By booking a private sewing lesson, you agree to these policies.

Private Painting Party Policy

A deposit is required to secure your party date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party, unless you choose to pay in full in advance.

Private parties may be rescheduled based on availability. If you choose to cancel your party, a $50 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund at the time the refund is processed.

Travel is included at no additional cost within the Fargo–Moorhead area. Travel beyond 30 miles from Fargo will incur an additional travel fee, which will be calculated based on the destination.

Group Sewing Lessons — Kid's Program Policies

Class Structure

Classes are offered in small group settings with a maximum of 4 students per class.
Each session lasts 6 weeks. Classes meet once per week for 1 hour.
Lessons are designed for children ages 7 and up.

Tuition

The cost is $240 per student for each 6-week session.
Tuition includes all supplies and materials needed for class projects.
Payment is due in full at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot. If you would like to discuss payment plans, please reach out to me.

Skill Levels

The sewing program is structured in progressive levels.
All students begin at Level 1, regardless of prior experience.
Advancement to the next level is based on successful completion of the previous level.

Missed Classes

Makeup classes are not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate missed lessons if advance notice is given.
Refunds or prorated tuition are not available for missed classes.

Supplies

All sewing materials and tools will be provided for the duration of the 6-week course.
Students may bring their own sewing tools or fabric if desired, but it is not required.

Location

Classes are held at my private sewing studio located in North Moorhead. My address will be provided when you register.

Communication

You will receive an email confirmation upon registration, including class dates, times, and any reminders.
